halfmelt ships worldwide to most international locations, from warehouses in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Canada and Asia. Options and delivery estimates vary by destination, product availability and carrier.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after dispatch and is free on orders over $79. Expedited shipping takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email once the order ships.

returns and exchanges

Unworn, undamaged items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

For a sizing question, or a damaged, incorrect or missing item, email hi@halfmelt.com with the order number and photos. A defective piece is covered for 365 days, and the replacement ships free.
